Grief has a way of slowing time. It touches the deepest parts of us, our memories, our identity, our sense of safety. Yet, even in the heaviness, there can be moments of comfort when we don’t have to carry it alone.
Circle of Light was created as a gentle space for that comfort. Whether you're grieving a recent loss or carrying the memory of someone from years ago, this gathering invites you to come as you are, with your emotions, your questions, your faith, your silence. Grief is not a problem to fix. It is a journey to be supported.
In this vigil, we will:
-Light candles in remembrance of those who shaped our lives.
-Hold space for healing and emotional release.
-Connect with others who understand the language of loss.
-Recognise the impact of grief on mental health and offer supportive resources.
There is something powerful about being surrounded by people who get it, people who know that grieving is not about “moving on,” but moving forward with love.
-You are welcome here.
-You are safe here.
-You do not have to be strong by yourself.
-Together, we honour the past.
-Together, we nurture healing.
-Together, we let hope rise again.
